    ALC is Hiring Cricket Talent Hunt Scout worldwide

    American League Cricket (ALC) cricket league ready to expand in the United States and other partnering countries worldwide including India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Hongkong, Thailand, Dubai, Canada, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, South Africa, hiring talent hunt scouts could be a critical step in identifying and nurturing cricketing talent.

    Approximately 100 Plus USA Players & 50 Plus Local Hosting partner Country players and 20 plus International ICON Players in all formats T20 & ODI (50 Overs).

    Position Title: Cricket Talent Hunt Scout

    Location: Flexible, with extensive travel required

    Job Type: Commission Based (25% of each players match fee, if picked up by any franchisee team based on player category)

    Overview:

    American League Cricket (ALC) is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our scouting team as a Cricket Talent Hunt Scout. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating cricketing talent both domestically and internationally, contributing to the growth and success of our American League Cricket (ALC) cricketing organization.

    Responsibilities:

    Attend local, regional, national, and international cricket matches, tournaments, and events to identify emerging talent.

    Evaluate players' skills, techniques, athleticism, temperament, and potential for growth.

    Compile detailed scouting reports on identified players, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and overall potential.

    Utilize data analysis tools to identify statistical trends and metrics that indicate player potential.

    Build and maintain relationships with coaches, players, and administrators in the cricketing community to stay updated on emerging talent.

    Travel extensively to cricketing hotspots globally to scout talent and build networks.

    Collaborate with the scouting team and coaching staff to identify potential prospects for recruitment or player development programs.

    Keep abreast of developments in the cricketing world, including rule changes, emerging playing styles, and talent identification strategies.

    Always represent the organization professionally and adhere to ethical standards in talent scouting.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of the scouting process by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements.

     

     

    Qualifications:

    Deep knowledge and passion for cricket, with a strong understanding of the game's technical aspects, playing styles, and strategies.

    Previous experience in cricket coaching, playing, or scouting at a high level is preferred.

    Excellent observational skills and the ability to assess player potential accurately.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with players, coaches, and stakeholders.

    Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to attend cricket matches and tournaments.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in using technology for scouting purposes, including data analysis tools and scouting software.

    Flexibility and adaptability to different environments, cultures, and cricketing contexts.

    Bachelor's degree in sports management, physical education, or a related field is preferred.

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
